INSTRUCTIONS

1. In your Tickkl account, go to "Tickkl" > "My Settings" > "Integrations".

2. Click on the button "Add New Connection" in Slack card, then the button "Add to Slack".

3. Click on the button "Allow" to grant Tickkl permissions to perform actions in your Slack workspace.

4. Click on the button "Go to Integrations" to return to Integration Settings.

5. Copy the provided command to synchronize your Slack workspace with your Tickkl account, then paste and execute it in any Slack channel.

6. If everything was fine, you will receive a successful message, and now you can track your time directly from Slack.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Type /tickkl-log in your Slack message box for help.

2. Specify the project, the spent time, and the description of the task. A comma must separate all attributes.

/tickkl-log project = [PROJECT NAME], message = [DESCRIPTION], time = [TIME]

e.g.

/tickkl-log project = Green Project, message = Tree planting., time = 5h30m

or. . .

/tickkl-log p = Green Project, m = Tree planting., t = 5h30m

ATTRIBUTES

— project (or p): project.

— time (or t): time in a readable format (e.g. 7h, 1h43m, 55m). If blank, the default daily configuration will be used (8h).

— message (or m): description.
